Job Description
We're looking for a Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist clients with high support needs, including those using wheelchairs and requiring medical support, helping them live with dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and daily living support
* Assist with manual handling and use of aids
* Support clients with complex needs and medical requirements
* Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience supporting high-needs disability clients
* Confidence in manual handling and use of aids
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
* Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook)
* Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
