About the role
Horizon Motorhomes' is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician/Service Technician to join our team in Lismore & Far North Coast NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing expert electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair services for our fleet of world class motorhomes.
What you'll be doing
1. Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on all motorhome electrical and mechanical systems
2. Perform scheduled servicing and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
3. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and accommodate their needs to the highest standard
4. Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken and parts used
5. Work collaboratively with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements
6. Service & repair of Horizon Motorhomes & Frontline Campervans
What we're looking for
1. Trade Qualified in Auto Electrical
2. Experience as an Auto Electrician or Service Technician, preferably in the motorhome/caravan industry
3. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems
4. Excellent communication skills to support customers and colleagues
5. Aftermarket accessory fitment
6. Experience/knowledge with Enerdrive charging systems an advantage
7. Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines and maintain high levels of workmanship
8. A positive, customer-focused attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service
