As a Site Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality product and technical support services to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair equipment faults in a timely manner.
* Conduct thorough inspections of plant and equipment to ensure conformity.
* Liaise with customers to request spare parts and coordinate maintenance schedules.
* Provide expert reports and advice to customers on equipment performance and maintenance best practices.
About the Ideal Candidate
* A Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical is required for this role.
* Experience working with Liebherr equipment is highly advantageous.
* The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven aptitude for troubleshooting complex issues.
