**Your Role as a Service Delivery Coordinator**
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be utilising your skillset to ensure that release and outage schedules are performed efficiently. This will be done by assisting a variety of stakeholders preparing for these releases. You will also be managing change by identifying and performing training sessions to develop staff. Additionally, you will be providing support to the ICT Project Manager for a variety of projects in the organisation.

**Requirements to be a Service Delivery Coordinator**
- Previous experience in Release Management
- Experience working in an IT Delivery Environment
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Have strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Previous experience working with a government agency
- Ability to gain a baseline clearance (Active Government Clearances are an advantage)
- Experiences with incident, change and problem management is an advantage
