We are seeking a skilled Freight Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with professional packaging techniques and provide exceptional customer service.
Main duties include:
* Packing items correctly using professional techniques to minimize warranty claims and ensure safe delivery.
* Weighing, measuring and consigning packages accurately.
* Coordinating pick-ups and deliveries on our branded vehicle.
* Maintaining excellent customer relationships through strong organizational, administrative and communication skills.
This is a full-time role that requires strong experience in customer services, sound communication skills and a valid SA driver's licence. Full training will be provided, and you will have access to our company van for pickup and deliveries.
