Job Role: Project Manager (SF and Oracle)

* Responsible for managing SAP projects, including integration points with other enterprise efforts, status reporting, issue tracking, and project communications.
* Establishes and manages relationships with multiple vendors, driving continuous improvement.
* Tracks key project activities at a detailed level, including administrative items related to complex SAP deployments.
* Monitors project plans, highlighting potential issues or slippage.
* Develops recovery plans or assesses impacts if issues are not recoverable, escalating as appropriate.
* Records and monitors project costs versus budget.
* Proactively identifies variances and develops mitigation plans.
* Creates corrective actions when project deliverables deviate from plans, with team support.
* Understands how project decisions impact business metrics and enterprise strategy.
* Builds consensus on project scope, tasks, staffing, and issue resolution.
* Provides clear communication to internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
* Effectively conveys information and ideas, contributing to decision-making processes.
* Holds self-accountable for meeting customer expectations and requirements.
* Shows ability to learn new tools and processes, evaluating their fit within projects.
* Demonstrates flexibility in approach when needed.
* Creates integrated project plans for deploying new SAP systems.
* Reviews project proposals, integrating timelines and processes.

Minimum Experience and Education:
* 10 to 15 years of IT experience, including 7+ years managing projects.
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Project Management certification or completion of a recognized curriculum is preferred.
