The Role
Reward Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised Branch Supervisor to provide the day to day co-ordination and supervision for the 'back of house' functions required to ensure the Branch operates efficiently and to enable the Sales Manager to focus on Business Strategy and Development.
Your Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Site co-ordination responsibility for warehouse & associated functions, customer service, administration and sales support
* 2IC when the Sales Manager is away from site
* Responsible for the operational efficiency of the warehouse
* Assist the Sales Manager with HR functions - recruitment, induction, training, performance management
* Assist the Sales Manager with WHS and Compliance requirements, audits and inspections, training and injury management
* Ensure WHS policies are in place and practiced diligently by all, control of company compliance requirements and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Essential Requirements
* Strong effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and experience in supervising functions required to be undertaken in Customer Service, Warehousing, Inventory and Logistics of a large number of SKU's and Retail environments.
* Positive, forward thinking, 'CAN DO' attitude
* Strong knowledge and experience in all aspects of WHS relevant to Warehouse, Office and Hospitality Store functions
* Ability to provide WHS inductions and training in manual handling and emergency procedures
* Good Computer skills in Outlook, Excel and ERP warehousing system
* Current Forklift License and competency using a HR Forklift is a big plus
* Self-motivated and must have a strong work ethic
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure
