This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join a leading real estate agency rapidly expanding throughout the North Shore. Collaborating to become the most respected team, this role will see you working alongside the sales team in the most successful franchise network.
**The Role**:
Monday - Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this top performing sales team day in order. This role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. Working alongside another administrator, as a Sales Coordinator, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:
- Management of property files, appraisals and listings
- Managing the exchanges and settlements process
- Coordinating property marketing - i.e. Booking photographer, floor planner, stylists
- Ordering and designing all property marketing - sign boards, brochures, newspaper
- Liaising with vendors and agents
- Prepare all open for inspection packs
- Managing budgets
- Compile reports, comparable and conduct research
- Data entry and maintenance of client database
- Attendance of weekly sales meetings
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Previous experience in Real Estate
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Immaculate presentation
- A good work ethic & friendly disposition
- The ability to work in a team & individual
