OLYMPIC INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT (RAIL) Multiple roles are on offer for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers. Get involved in this $5.5B Olympic and Infrastructure project from 2026 to 2032. This is a 3 stage rail project linking the Sunshine Coast and the Airport via Maroochydore. It will service the Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games. As part of the Client side Integrated Project Team, you’ll be involved in greenfield and brownfield rail construction packages from design, and pre-construction through to construction and delivery. This project will be Brisbane based between 2026-2027 and move to the Sunshine Coast from mid 2027. KEY REQUIREMENTS Senior Project Manager x3 Reporting to the Package Director, you’ll lead and mentor the Project Manager package team. Ideally minimum 10-15 years exp. on major projects >$500m Proven leadership expertise in multidisciplinary projects Strong knowledge of railway standards and regulations Lead design reviews, manage interfaces and drive program outcomes Experience with alliance, D&C or incentivise cost delivery models Project Manager x3 Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you’ll provide delivery support across various work packages. Ideally minimum 5-8 years exp. on major projects Exp in project management, design, preconstruction to delivery Exp. liaising with engineers, contractors and other discipline specialists Strong interpersonal and written communications skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (both roles) Support Project Managers and Package Directors Review design documentation, management plans Attend site inspections, hold/witness points (construction, safety, quality) Monitor and report on progress, risks & mitigation strategies Engage with stakeholders eg QR, local govt., utilities & community Contribute to a high performance, collaborative team culture MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Degree in engineering, construction management (or similar) Available from July 2026 (Brisbane) Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card, or ability to obtain Qld Construction White Card Ability to work on Sunshine Coast from mid 2027 HOW TO APPLY Confidential enquiries are welcome to Neil on 0410313840.
