Senior Commercial Property Manager | Pathway to Head of Department

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned Senior Commercial Property Manager to step into a supportive, flexible environment while still having a explicit pathway to a future Head of Department role.
You’ll manage a well-established commercial portfolio (retail + industrial) with the support of a Virtual Assistant, ensuring you have time to focus on high-level portfolio management and client relationships. As the portfolio grows, it will be split to ensure manageable workloads and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of approximately 95 leases, with growth targets of 120–130.
- Drive portfolio growth with support from a Virtual Assistant.
- Deliver excellent landlord and tenant relationship management.
- Assist in recruiting and mentoring an additional Commercial Property Manager once portfolio size warrants.
- Provide strategic input into the growth of the department, with a pathway to transition into a senior leadership role.
About You
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property Management.
- Strong knowledge of Cirrus8, including trust accounting component.
- Proven ability to grow and manage commercial portfolios.
- Strong leadership qualities and ambition to step into a Head of Department position.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client relationship skills.
