What You’ll Be Doing:
* Make and receive calls to negotiate and arrange payments for outstanding debts
* Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving queries
* Maintain accurate records and update client databases
* Ensure all processes comply with legal and regulatory standards
* Assist customers with loan repayments
* Follow collections, financial hardship and legal recovery processes
* Maintain a professional, calm and customer-focused approach always
What We’re Looking For:
* Ideally, experience in a call centre or customer service role
* Confident communication and negotiation skills
* A team player with a positive attitude
* Keen to learn about collections and legal procedures
* Able to pass a Police Check
