About the Role
This is a high‑impact sales role focused on driving membership growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll be a proactive lead generator, confident in closing sales, building relationships, and promoting the club within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Manager (additional responsibilities):
* Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
* Oversee prospecting, retention calling, external activations, and follow‑up systems
* You'll partner with the Club Manager to negotiate major deals within guidelines, maintaining contact with key corporates and identifying and steering opportunities for further growth
All Roles:
* Lead Generation: Source new business opportunities and follow up digital leads with exceptional service
* Sales & Closing: Conduct engaging club tours, present membership options, and close sales confidently
* Referrals: Actively generate and convert point‑of‑sale referrals
* Community Engagement: Build brand awareness through local outreach and B2B partnerships
* Customer Service: Respond to phone, email, social media and in‑person enquiries; build rapport and conduct needs analyses
* Social Media Support: Help create engaging content; be comfortable on camera and enthusiastic about building an online presence
* Administration: Follow all club policies and processes; assist reception with POS retail and general administrative tasks

* Organised & Tech‑Savvy: Strong computer literacy; experience with GymSales, Debit Success or Clubware is highly advantageous
