This position requires a hands-on, proactive quality professional who can translate design intent into clear, actionable work instructions, support training of production personnel, and analyze output data to ensure that quality and performance targets are consistently met. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support process development, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to generate clear and effective work instructionsFacilitate training of manufacturing and quality control technicians on new processes, procedures, and inspection techniquesMonitor and evaluate departmental performance against quality objectives and output metricsAnalyze non-conformance trends and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actionsParticipate in the Material Review Board (MRB) process to evaluate and disposition non-conforming materialsLead warranty and customer return investigations, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actionsSupport the development and maintenance of inspection and test plans, control plans, and process validation activitiesEnsure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and support internal and external auditsParticipate in New Product Development activities to ensure product quality from concept through productionContribute to internal root cause investigations, risk assessments, and process improvement projectsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in a quality engineering or manufacturing engineering role within a regulated or precision manufacturing environmentProven ability to develop and document work instructions and training materialsExperience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality control teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using root cause analysis toolsProficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applicationsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related technical fieldExperience with process validation, capability studies, and measurement system analysisWorking knowledge of GD&T and interpretation of engineering drawingsFamiliarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality standardsExperience with digital QMS platforms and documentation control systemsExposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologiesAbout Peak NanoPeak is a US-based, AI-driven technology company that uses nanotechnology to solve macro-level global challenges.
