A global technology company specialising in advertising and media is hiring a part-time IT Support professional on a contract basis. In this standalone role, you will be based in their Sydney office, providing hands-on support across the APAC region. The company has a strong presence in APAC, Japan, and New Zealand and recently expanded by acquiring a company with over 150 employees in Australia. This is an ongoing contract opportunity .
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide in-person IT support at the Sydney office while serving as the primary contact for ~150 users across the APAC region.
* Handle L1/L2 support via Jira, managing 30-40 tickets weekly alongside user onboarding responsibilities.
* Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including conducting onboarding sessions for new hires.
* Manage IT hardware logistics across APAC, including procurement, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and disposal.
* Lead APAC IT projects, from vendor sourcing to developing shipping processes and ensuring device compliance with MDM and IDP systems.
* Support regional and global Zoom meetings, troubleshooting AV issues at the Sydney office.
* Assist with system administration across platforms such as Jamf Cloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Creative Cloud, and Dropbox.
* Oversee access control for the Japan office.
Working days: Monday-Tuesday-Thursday - 9-5pm

* JumpCloud for password management
Additional Notes:
* In-office - no WFH (3 days a week).
* There is a focus on monthly growth, with an average of 5-6 new users per month.
