We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Mill and Ore Preparation team at our McArthur River Mining operation. This role is suited to someone with hands‑on experience in ore preparation or mineral processing, who values safety, teamwork, and consistent plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a strong safety awareness and contribute to a safety‑first culture by promoting safe practices at all times.
* Operate and monitor fixed plant equipment, ensuring smooth and safe production.
* Conduct ore preparation activities including crushing, screening, sampling.
* Perform regular plant and equipment inspections to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
* Work closely with team members to meet production goals and optimise operational efficiency.
