Infrastructure Project Manager
Deliver exceptional results by enhancing the end user experience through infrastructure project management. Lead a range of initiatives, including device upgrades, application transitions, and cloud remediation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse business area use of systems and applications to determine impact of changes to systems and how this affects each business area.
* Determine requirements for applications and how this may have some technical impact working with tech teams.
* Build strong relationships through engagement with customers, colleagues, and other key stakeholders.
* Document current and future state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' business analysis experience in a project/delivery orientated role from a large organisation.
* Minimum 3 years' Agile, Lean and waterfall experience including knowledge of Agile practices, workshops, and Agile ceremonies facilitation.
* Experience or high-level understanding of application packaging for Windows devices would be beneficial.
* Exposure to infrastructure-related projects such as Windows 11 upgrades, Surface device rollout, and server transitions and experience supporting initiatives involving application platform changes.
* Familiarity with cloud migration activities and understanding of business impact across systems.
* Must be able to translate and understand business and technical requirements and provide appropriate alternatives and solutions to meet those requirements.
