**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the Director, as Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing a high level of day to day executive support to the Director and senior executives. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare documents and reports, and act as a key point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the director's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements
- Prepare, format and compile documents, reports and presentations as required
- Support the Director in special projects and initiatives, conducting research and preparing reports
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Organise venues and catering for meetings
- General administrative assistance
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in an executive assistant role, with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will have a flexible mindset, and the ability to deal with two very different executives, with
different styles and needs.
In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Demonstrated effective time management, organisational and task prioritisation experience
- Able to present executive documents with appropriate spelling, grammar and consistent formatting
- A high level of tact and confidentiality
- Able to demonstrate a high attention to detail
- Ability to be responsive, flexible, and agile in response to changing and competing demands
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi task
- Intermediate experience using MS Office 365
