We're looking for someone organised and tech-savvy to manage product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms while also handling customer support. This role sits at the centre of operations, working closely with inventory, dispatch, and marketplaces. You'll be responsible for keeping listings accurate, resolving platform issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from pre-sale to after-sale.
This is a full-time, onsite role based at 1-3 Molan Street, Ringwood. Please note that parking is limited, however the office is conveniently located just a 10‐minute walk from Heatherdale Station.
Responsibilities
* Scan stock, upload images, and create product listings on Shopify
* Map products to existing listings across multiple marketplaces
* Maintain accurate product data across all platforms
* Monitor and improve listing quality and performance
B. Customer Support
* Pre‐sale: Answer product enquiries and provide guidance
* After‐sale: Handle messages, returns, disputes, and issues professionally
* Manage phone enquiries when required
C. Additional Support
* Assist with picking & packing.
Must Have
* Customer support skills with a professional and problem‐solving approach
* Experience with at least one ecommerce platform or marketplace
Nice to Have
* Basic technical or coding knowledge (automation, scripts, or similar)
* Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows
