CELOTTI WORKFORCE has partnered with a well-established civil contractor to recruit a Project Administrator for their Sunshine Coast, QLD office. This is a permanent, full time opportunity offering genuine flexibility and long-term stability.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction administration, contracts administration, or project support, who’s seeking a stable and family-friendly position within the civil construction industry.
You’ll play a key role in supporting project teams with administration, procurement, and documentation processes – perfect for those who enjoy staying close to the action without being on the tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple civil projects.
- Assist with contracts administration tasks, including document preparation, tracking, and data entry.
- Manage purchase orders and material requisitions in line with project requirements.
- Complete take-offs for site works including water, sewer, and stormwater.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and information.
- Maintain organised project records and support reporting requirements.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Background in civil construction or contracts administration.
- Strong understanding of site operations or project delivery.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and suppliers.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general admin systems.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
