Leadership Role
This is a critical leadership position that utilizes exceptional clinical skills to make a meaningful impact on clients and team members. To be successful, the ideal candidate will possess:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist, enabling them to practice at the highest level and provide expert care to clients.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in occupational therapy, gained through working in diverse settings and developing a deep understanding of the profession.
* Experience delivering services under the NDIS, including leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve excellent outcomes.
* Proven ability to provide training and supervision to other occupational therapists, fostering their growth and development within the organisation.
* A passion for leadership and delivering evidence-based interventions, driving innovation and excellence in practice.
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access, ensuring flexibility and mobility in the role.
