Fire Services Specialist
The Department of Families Fairness and Housing is committed to providing a safe environment for its staff and clients. A critical part of this commitment is the development of a Fire Risk Management Strategy, which aims to meet the standard of fire safety applicable to the wider community.
The Fire Services Team plays a crucial role in assessing and providing technical support for fire safety and regulatory compliance. This involves providing safe and secure buildings for all department-owned or operated facilities in Victoria, while ensuring compliance with relevant statutory Acts, regulations, and fire safety guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures. You will also need to take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.

* Providing accurate and complete records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements;
