About the role: Working with us at People’s Choice as a Home Loan Specialist you will be the face of our business for our customers and will be responsible for delivering consistent high quality customer service. We have a full-time role that will be based at one of our SA metropolitan south branches. As a Home Loan Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving real estate lending sales to meet our business goals. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing new business activities to support both new and existing customers, building and nurturing external referral relationships, and managing operational tasks, including system management and compliance requirements. What you’ll be doing: Selling mortgage products; Identifying and developing new business sources; Developing and maintaining mutually beneficial working relationships; Providing a superior level of customer service using a needs based approach; Achieving sales targets through referrals, customer contact and your own established sales networks.
