About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant (with Accounts Payable Support) to join our Finance team. This role is perfect for someone early in their accounting career who wants broad exposure across financial processes, month‐end support, reconciliations, and Accounts Payable.
Reporting to the Financial and Management Accountant, you will assist with bank reconciliations, journals, General Ledger reconciliations, fixed assets, and lease schedules, while also supporting AP functions including invoice processing, supplier queries, and credit card expense management.

About You:
* A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (or currently studying)
* High accuracy and strong attention to detail
* Some experience in bookkeeping or accounts roles (advantageous)
* Understanding of Accounts Payable processes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to follow through on tasks and manage competing priorities
* A keenness to learn, develop, and contribute to a collaborative finance team
* Experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems (ideal but not essential)
* A proactive, positive, team-oriented mindset
