The Role
This is Helfie’s growth engine.
You are responsible for turning Helfie from “what is this?” into “I see this everywhere” and then into millions of installs.
This role owns social‑first growth, with TikTok and Instagram as primary channels, and growth mechanics (virality, referrals, conversion) baked into everything you do.
This is not a “brand awareness” role.
This is distribution, velocity, and impact.
What You’ll Own
Digital Campaign Execution
* End-to-end growth strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube (organic first, paid second)
* Daily / weekly social content roadmap tied directly to installs, usage, and referrals
* Viral mechanics: trends, hooks, formats, duets, stitches, creator collabs
* Influencer and UGC experimentation (fast tests, fast kills)
* Referral and sharing loops inside social + app journeys
* Light paid amplification of winning content (not bloated ad ops)
* Social calendars aligned to launches, health awareness days, and cultural moments
Digital Campaign Execution
* Execute EDM campaigns that drive awareness, nurture leads, and engage existing users.
* Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Sales teams to align content with ABM and demand generation programs when required.
* Growth analytics: installs, CAC, activation, retention, referrals
* Continuously test and refine content strategies to maximize impact across platforms.

* Helfie becomes an immediately recognisable brand.
* Consistent delivery of high-quality, engaging, highly shareable content that reflects Helfie’s brand voice and connects with diverse target audiences.
* Content regularly breaks out of our own audience
* Installs come from social because people want to share
* CAC stays low because culture does the work
* Social feels alive, current, and impossible to ignore
What We’re Looking For
* Have 5+ years+ in digital content creation & social media
* Have scaled a consumer product via organic social
* Understand TikTok culture deeply (not theoretically)
* Can spot a trend before it peaks
* Know how to balance humour, provocation, and trust
* Are obsessed with metrics but fluent in culture
* Can brief creatives and jump into execution when needed
Backgrounds we like (not required):
* Consumer apps
* Creator‑led brands
* Platforms with referral or network effects
* Health / fintech / taboo categories (where trust matters)
Other nice to haves:
* Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills, with an eye for design and multimedia.
* Hands‑on experience with social scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and email marketing systems. (AI tools mastery and Hubspot experience a plus)
* A creator mindset; passionate about digital storytelling, brand building, and audience engagement.
* A self‑starter; comfortable to work in a very fast paced and dynamic environment.
