**Our Role**
The Facilities Coordinator is a vital position at our shopping centre, where you'll work closely with the Assistant Facilities Manager to ensure centre facilities are well-maintained and continuously improved.
You will:
* Support the centre team in delivering exceptional services to retailers and customers
* Manage the asset management system (CMMS) for work order prioritisation
* Assist with environmental and sustainability initiatives
* Evaluate maintenance, repairs, and capital works for accuracy, timeliness, and budget-friendliness
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Build relationships with service providers
* Respond to customer and retailer problems related to facilities' services
* Partner on cross-team projects
This role is full-time and permanent, based at the centre. To succeed, you'll have relevant experience in retail, property, hospitality, or facilities management.

**Key Requirements:**
* Relevant experience in retail, property, hospitality, or facilities management
* Trade qualifications/experience - electrician, air conditioning technician, fire technician, refrigeration mechanic, or data technician experience
* Project management experience
* Customer service focus and administration skills
* Supervising contractors and clarifying instructions and priorities to stakeholders
* Technology literacy and ability to use business and building management systems and software
