Role Overview:

* Key responsibilities include assisting in meeting and exceeding occupancy and sales targets, including RAD sales.
* The role also involves developing and implementing marketing initiatives to generate new sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Sales and Marketing Specialist will implement sales plans and comply with the customer sales method to deliver an excellent client experience.
* Traveling to various client locations for sales meetings and presentations is a key aspect of this role.
* The specialist must achieve financial targets related to occupancy, RAD, additional services, and ACFI.
* Maintaining competitive profiles for facilities and managing inbound leads efficiently are crucial tasks.
* The specialist ensures that all prospects receive timely and professional communication and provide accurate information packages.
* Recording and tracking all leads in the CRM database, ensuring all information is current and clear, is essential.
Qualifications and Experience:
* The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and marketing.
* Strong administrative skills and the ability to handle confidential information are necessary.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to empathize with prospective residents and their families, are required.
* A current driver's license and National Police Certificate (or the ability to obtain one) are essential.
