Senior Human Resources Advisor Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This dynamic role offers great career development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
The successful candidate will provide expert HR advice on policies, procedures, and best practices. They will also support the delivery of the annual HR calendar of events including performance and remuneration reviews, coordinate with payroll and other corporate services to manage staff movements, and advise managers on employee-related matters including performance, discipline, and terminations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve HR processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
* Liaise with migration agents to manage employee visa/sponsorship nominations and interpret the Enterprise Agreement and relevant awards in line with the Fair Work Act and NES.
* Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
* Expert knowledge of HR principles and practices, with a strong focus on policy development and implementation.
* Proven experience in managing complex HR issues, including employment law and workplace relations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
