About the Role
As a Vacation Care Educator, you will:
* Support the delivery of fun, creative, and safe full-day programs for children aged 5â12
* Create engaging play experiences and activities aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework
* Build supportive, positive relationships with children and your fellow team members
* Supervise children across structured and unstructured indoor and outdoor activities
* Work across various school sites in the Northern Rivers region

Selection Criteria
Essential:
* Relevant experience in a similar role working with children (e.g. in education, care, support or recreation settings)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Understanding of child development and play-based learning
* Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place
Desirable:
* Certificate III in Children's Services
* Experience using childcare platforms (e.g. OWNA)
Requirements
* NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid in Education and Care Setting (or willingness to complete)
* Completion of or willingness to complete a Child Protection course
* NSW Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
