Join to apply for the Maintenance Manager role at Boral Your next opportunity Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance of fixed and mobile assets across Mugga & Hall. The role involves optimizing plant and equipment performance while ensuring compliance with safety standards and adherence to Boral's OH&S, Environmental, and Quality Standards, in line with budget/cost expectations.
Your day will involve: Planning and scheduling maintenance activities Implementing planned and preventative maintenance Reviewing current practices and implementing improvements Maximizing equipment availability and utilization, minimizing downtime Liaising with the Quarry Manager to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual standards Supervising maintenance staff across all shifts Ensuring use of work permits and development of SWMS for non-routine tasks Documenting maintenance records, processes, and procedures Reviewing the quality of work conducted by maintenance personnel What we are looking for: Experience in maintenance supervision and planning Relevant trade qualifications in engineering or maintenance (highly desirable) Knowledge of maintenance equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize What's on offer: Organization committed to health, safety, and the environment Equal Opportunity Employer Mentoring from industry leaders and experts Career growth opportunities within Boral Australia Support networks including Employee Assistance Program Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
