* Expand Regional Reach: Utilise industry insight and product expertise to penetrate new markets and grow regional reach.
* Deliver Targeted Support: Provide operational support, data-led performance evaluations, and coaching to expand capability and profitability.
* Optimise Operational Performance: Improve business performance through targeted planning, KPI tracking, and operational enhancements.
Requirements:
* Proven Track Record: Minimum 4+ years of experience in revenue strategy or sales optimisation positions, supported by a well-established network of travel industry connections.
* Adaptability: Proven ability to work across multiple locations, adapting sales and business plans based on market conditions.
* Strategic Mindset: A strategic mindset and ability to influence, coach, and drive commercial ideas that deliver a measurable impact across our travel portfolio.
* Digital Confidence: Digitally confident, with experience supporting the usage of digital platforms or tools.
* Data-Driven Insights: Ability to use data-driven insights to guide partner strategy, improve operational outcomes, and elevate overall network performance.
