As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will support the Facilities Management team across a defined Charter Hall Office portfolio in Parramatta. You'll play a key part in ensuring buildings operate smoothly, safely and efficiently while building strong foundations for a long‐term career in FM.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the day‐to‐day operations of commercial office properties
* Coordinating planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
* Attending onsite meetings and organising contractor access
* Conducting regular site inspections and assisting with compliance reporting
* Processing purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentation
* Delivering a high standard of service to tenants
* Maintaining asset registers and associated records
* Building strong working relationships with clients, contractors and building users
About You
* Some experience in facilities, property, building operations or a related field is preferred, however we are open to candidates seeking their first step into property or FM
* An understanding of building services is beneficial
* Strong customer service and relationship‐building skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Proactive, organised and keen to learn
