We're looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting clients with high support needs, including those using wheelchairs and requiring medical assistance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and daily living support, helping clients live with dignity and independence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and families.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Experience supporting clients with high-needs disabilities
* Confidence in manual handling and use of aids
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
* Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook)
* Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
