About Us -
We're known for driving change in the marketplace in a dynamic and exciting way. We're looking for a Brand Manager - to lead our Volvo and Polestar brands and further strengthen our commitment and reputation in the Canberra market.
In this key management and leadership position you will play a fundamental role in ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience; you'll most likely already be performing the role of Sales Manager looking for new challenges or an experienced Assistant Sales Manager ready to step up.
About You -
* You're committed to exceeding expectations and KPI's
* You have the ability & drive to motivate and lead the brand
* You must have strong ‘sales' or brand management experience with proven performance in an automotive dealership
* You have sound industry experience
* You're a natural with people - capable, approachable, and collaborative
* You're an effective communicator
* You have strong business and finance acumen and you're great with paperwork
