Position Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Queensland team supporting the growth of Gliderol. This role focuses on managing and developing dealer and shed builder relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and growing market share across regional and metropolitan Queensland.
Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening partnerships, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across a geographically diverse territory.
What You Will Do
* Manage and grow relationships with dealers, shed builders, and key accounts across Queensland
* Identify and win new business opportunities within regional and rural markets
* Drive sales growth through customer engagement, training, and joint marketing activities
* Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reporting, and market intelligence insights
What We Require
* Previous experience in account management, business development, or territory sales
* Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
* Experience working within building products, manufacturing, construction, or similar industries
* Ability to travel across Queensland and manage a geographically dispersed territory
What We Prefer
* Exposure to the shed, garage door, agricultural, or industrial product sectors
* Experience working with dealer or reseller networks
* Knowledge of regional and rural Queensland markets
* Technical aptitude, willingness to learn all aspects of our products
