About the Firm

Kingsmen Capital Partners is a specialist private credit and structured finance institution operating across Australia and New Zealand. The firm originates, structures and manages senior secured, mezzanine and bespoke credit exposures across residential, commercial and development mandates.

Kingsmen operates under an institutional governance architecture supported by Investment Committee oversight, disciplined credit policy frameworks, AML/CTF compliance, Responsible Manager supervision and rigorous execution protocols.

The firm works closely with family offices, investment management firms, institutional investors and wholesale allocators seeking stable, risk-adjusted returns secured by real assets and enforceable mortgage interests. Kingsmen's approach is defined by underwriting discipline, capital preservation, transparency and long-term investor alignment.

Role Overview

The Credit Analyst is responsible for supporting Kingsmen's credit team in the origination, assessment, structuring and monitoring of private credit and structured finance opportunities. This role carries accountability for delivering robust, disciplined credit analysis, financial modeling, due diligence and risk assessment across the firm's lending activities. The mandate is singular, commercial and outcome-driven: the consistent provision of high-quality credit insights and recommendations that underpin disciplined lending decisions, portfolio quality and capital preservation.

This role will also involve the assessment of property-related transactions, including construction and development enquiries, ensuring that lending proposals are thoroughly evaluated from a credit, risk and execution perspective.

This position is designed for analytical professionals with a minimum of two years' experience in credit analysis, structured finance, corporate banking, or related fields. Kingsmen seeks individuals with demonstrable financial and credit analysis expertise, strong commercial awareness and the capability to contribute effectively within a high-governance, outcome-focused credit environment.

The successful candidate will operate within Kingsmen's governance framework, regulatory obligations, and fiduciary standards, while maintaining an uncompromising focus on credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, execution quality and risk management. Kingsmen welcomes engagement with credit professionals across markets. The role is structured for individuals capable of independently analyzing and evaluating credit opportunities, including property, construction and development transactions, to support the growth and integrity of the firm's lending portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Assessment & Underwriting

* Independently conduct detailed credit assessments across corporate, commercial real estate, property development and structured finance transactions.
* Perform rigorous financial analysis, cash flow modeling, scenario stress testing and collateral evaluation to assess borrower creditworthiness.
* Evaluate property, construction and development-related enquiries, ensuring risk and execution considerations are appropriately assessed.
* Prepare structured credit memoranda and risk reports for review by the Credit Committee.
* Support the structuring and pricing of credit facilities, ensuring alignment with Kingsmen's risk and governance frameworks.

Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management

* Monitor loan performance, covenant compliance and early warning indicators across the credit portfolio.
* Identify emerging credit risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the credit team and senior leadership.
* Maintain robust audit trails, documentation and workflows consistent with Kingsmen's governance and regulatory requirements.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

* Track industry trends, market developments and borrower-specific events affecting credit risk or lending opportunities.
* Provide structured reporting to senior credit professionals on portfolio performance, risk exposure and market dynamics.
* Collaborate with legal, compliance and operational teams to ensure all credit assessments and documentation adhere to regulatory and fiduciary standards.

Performance Benchmarks

* Timely delivery of accurate, high-quality credit assessments and recommendations.
* Maintenance of a disciplined, structured and scalable credit analysis process.
* Effective identification and communication of credit risks and opportunities to support portfolio integrity and capital preservation.
* High-quality contributions to the Credit Committee and senior credit team deliberations.
* Strong alignment between credit assessment activity, portfolio strategy and risk discipline.

Remuneration

Kingsmen offers a competitive, performance-linked remuneration structure commensurate with the seniority, accountability and contribution of this role. The final structure will reflect the candidate's demonstrated track record in credit analysis, risk assessment and portfolio support.

Required Experience

* Minimum 2 years' experience in credit analysis, structured finance, corporate banking or related roles.
* Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, credit risk assessment, loan structuring and collateral evaluation.
* Experience assessing property, construction and development transactions is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under governance-driven frameworks.
* Ability to operate within a regulated environment with high accountability and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing professional credit reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

This role is intentionally designed for credit professionals operating at a high standard. Candidates without a clear, documented history of delivering disciplined credit analysis and supporting portfolio risk management are unlikely to be suitable.

Why Kingsmen

* Opportunity to contribute to a growing private credit platform with exposure to senior secured, mezzanine and structured finance lending.
* Direct collaboration with a senior credit team operating under rigorous governance and underwriting discipline.
* Exposure to institutional-grade credit strategies and real asset-backed lending.
* Structured environment to develop analytical, credit and risk management expertise.
