ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Belgrave Heights Christian School (BHCS) is located in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria and is a thriving and vibrant educational institution established in 1983 with over 830 students from Kinder- Year 12.
The School's foundational vision, mission and values, aim to provide a rich Christ-centred education in which to encourage the development and growth of Christian faith in students. ABOUT THE POSITION
We require CRT staff to assist across the Primary School year levels within our School. This will be a flexible, casual position based on the day to day requirements of the School.
The successful applicant will:
* Have flexible availability, across a number of week days.
* Have capacity to actively engage with students across a variety of year levels.
* Be a Christian role model to students and to all people associated with the School.
* Participate in student devotions and provide an example of active Christian faith in response to devotions and other class discussions.
* Have a current VIT registration and relevant teaching qualifications.
* Actively support and adhere to the School's vision, mission and ethos.
As a Child Safe School we promote the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children, including those with a disability. As such, the Staff Code of Conduct and Child Safe Policies must be adhered to, resulting in all applicants undergoing rigorous reference, background and identity checking.
