Our client is a boutique Occupational Therapy provider based in Perth, built around flexibility, sustainability and genuine collaboration. The business was created by an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of industry experience, including extensive leadership and NDIS experience. After seeing the impact of burnout, limited support and rigid working models in the sector, our client has focused on building a workplace where clinicians feel trusted, supported and able to do meaningful work. The team currently includes 5 Occupational Therapists and operational support, with a strong focus on quality over rapid growth. They are growing slowly and intentionally, with the goal of creating a positive and sustainable workplace for senior clinicians. About the position: Our client is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Perth team. The role can be shaped around the clinician’s interests, with options across paediatrics, adults, neurological OT, or a mixed caseload. This is a community-based and work-from-home role, with hired office spaces used when needed. The team aims to keep clinicians working within a reasonable radius of home, generally around 30 minutes where possible, with some travel up to 45 minutes depending on referrals. You will have full ownership of your diary and can choose hours that suit your lifestyle. There is no expectation to work a standard 9 to 5 schedule. Many team members have families, and the business is genuinely flexible around school drop-offs, personal commitments and preferred work patterns. The role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy but still wants to be part of a close, collaborative team. Clinicians catch up fortnightly, with monthly team meetings focused on complex cases, shared learning and open discussion. Everyone is encouraged to have a voice and contribute to how the business grows.
