Job Summary
The role is part of the Finance and Administration department, assisting Supply Chain team leads in managing administrative tasks and related processes.
About the Role
* Contract administration activities will be undertaken by the successful candidate.
* Drafting, formatting and developing non-disclosure agreements, subcontracts and supplier agreements are key responsibilities.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders on agreement and contract review, approval and record keeping is also a major aspect of the job.
* Providing input to projects and corporate functions regarding policies, procedures, tools and templates is an important part of the role.
* Working effectively with other members of the Supply Chain Team and stakeholders is crucial for success.
* Establishing and/or tailoring processes, methods and tools for contract administration compliance is also a responsibility.
* Assisting Subcontracts Managers with negotiations and addressing contractual issues, licensing arrangements and confidentiality agreements is another key duty.
About You
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role supporting project delivery is required.
* A thorough understanding of relevant contract law is necessary.
* A good grasp of procurement and subcontract management requirements is essential.
* A detailed working knowledge of claims processes in project environments is also required.
* Experience in managing or administrating ASDEFCON related contracts is preferred.
* Strong contracts administration and Document Management skills are necessary.
* A working knowledge of Security of Payments legislation is also required.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including stakeholder liaison and relationship management, are necessary for success.
* Robust negotiation skills for variations and claims are also essential.
* High levels of organisational skills, including task prioritisation and meeting deadlines, are required.
