Blue Manna Bistro is seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Bar Attendant Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a confident leader with a passion for hospitality, strong supervisory skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and assist with training bar staff in line with Blue Manna Bistro's customer service standards
* Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operational requirements
* Assist with receiving stock deliveries and conducting accurate stocktakes when required
* Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
* Foster a positive team culture and work collaboratively with all departments
About You
* Previous experience in a bar supervisory role
* Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
* Excellent grooming and professional presentation
* Sound knowledge of creative cocktails and wine (essential)
* Ability to work a rotating full-time roster including lunches, dinners, and Saturdays
* Approved Manager's Ticket (mandatory)
