About the Role
This position is responsible for coordinating dispatch and delivery services to ensure materials are received and distributed efficiently.
* Liaising with project teams to manage material collection and delivery from subcontractors and suppliers
* Producing accurate delivery dockets for all outgoing dispatches
* Providing clear work instructions to drivers
* Identifying and addressing delivery issues or delays
The Expeditor will visit suppliers to expedite materials, ensuring dispatch documentation and photographs are completed and stored correctly.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience coordinating drivers and deliveries
* A strong understanding of transport regulations
* Valid Forklift Licence (LF) and HR Driver's Licence
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
