We're seeking a Digital Content Lead who can help drive this evolution and strengthen their editorial impact across digital, print and audio.
About the Role
The Digital Content Lead will play a pivotal role in producing, editing and commissioning governance-focused content that is both informative and engaging.
This is a hands-on senior editorial position suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of business journalism, digital content production and audience analytics.
You'll contribute 4–5 high-quality digital articles or tools each week, support two weekly podcasts, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across marketing, policy, media and multimedia.
Key Responsibilities
Write, edit and commission online content centred on governance and business journalism
Produce or support weekly podcast content
Generate fresh, relevant story ideas and editorial concepts
Review analytics to understand content performance and guide strategic decisions
Optimise content for SEO and emerging AI-driven discovery (LMO/AEM)
Collaborate across teams to ensure content consistency and impact
What We're Looking For
Senior journalism experience (Editor, Section Editor, Producer or similar)
Exceptional writing, editing and ideation skills
Business journalism background; governance exposure advantageous but not essential
Strong understanding of legal considerations in publishing (defamation, contempt, etc.)
Solid SEO knowledge and confidence using Google Analytics
Interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven content discovery
Bonus: podcast production or presenting experience
We are looking for someone proactive, curious and confident owning an end-to-end editorial workflow, someone who enjoys shaping modern content and elevating editorial standards.
