Responsibilities
* Be a positive role model and allow children to feel safe, build resilience and work towards positive future outcomes.
* Support children and young people to build positive and trusting connections with family, friends, and community.
* Support children and young people to make healthy lifestyle choices, access health care services and develop strong social and interpersonal skills.
* Provide outreach support to children and young people who are dis‐engaged from placements.
* Provide the day‐to‐day care of all children in the residential care setting as required.
* Learn life skills in a planned and supportive way.
* Provide and participate in appropriate recreational activities for and with the children.
