About this role
The Manager, Student Residence is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership and management skills. As the responsible professional for their relevant residential community, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage an administration team, and Resident Ambassadors.
No two days will be the same in this fast-paced environment, where you will liaise with internal stakeholders such as UOW Support Services, Security, and Facilities Management. You will also be required to manage student conduct and other operational matters that arise.
This position is integral to the 24-hour, 7-day support service provided to residents. Therefore, you may sometimes be contacted outside of standard business hours through an on-call roster to provide advice or attend a residence.
Key responsibilities
* Provide management support and leadership to your residential community
