What you will bring to the role
Experience in roster management (desirable)
Demonstrated customer service experience in a rapid-paced setting
Experience in roster management or supporting roster management
Proven experience in roles that require maintaining confidentiality
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Ability to follow processes
Understanding of sales processes (desirable)
Experience in aged care environment is favourable but not essential
Experience in high-level administrative skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
