Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients across various age groups
* Deliver evidence‐based therapies and interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
* Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients
* Educate clients and their families regarding communication strategies and therapy objectives
* Maintain precise documentation and progress notes in accordance with practice protocols
* Participate in continual professional development and foster a positive team environment
Qualifications
* A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
* Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (or equivalent)
* Experience working with both adults and children is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
