Your new role This is a Principal-level Tech Lead role where you’ll wear two hats — part hands-on engineer, part team leader. You’ll be guiding a small squad through discovery and delivery, working closely with Product Managers to solve real-world problems like improving onboarding for migrants and building AI-powered financial advice tools. You’ll have the freedom to shape technical direction, mentor engineers, and still get your hands dirty in the code. It’s a role for someone who’s not just technically sharp, but also passionate about building great products and leading change.
