We are looking for a polished and proactive Clinic Manager who will become the right hand to our leadership team and the driving force behind our front-of-house. About You

* Values client discretion and understands the art of personalised care

* Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams in customer-facing environments
* Essential proficiency required in at least one clinic management system (Zenoti or Timely preferred), e-commerce platforms (Shopify preffered), POS, CRM, and scheduling
* Must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia

Corporate candidates should have minimum 5 years leadership experience managing teams of 5+ people.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the front-of-house team with professionalism and warmth
* Manage clinic operations, customer experience, ordering, and systems with precision
* Oversee training, performance, and rostering of FOH staff
* Support clients with treatment and product pathways, alongside our Dermal Therapists and Doctor
* Ensure the clinic environment runs smoothly, elegantly, and in line with our high standards
* Collaborate closely with our Owner/Founder and Business & Brand Manager to drive operational excellence and clinic success.
