Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and monitor Quality Assurance objectives and activities supporting the corporate business plan and policies.
* Develop, implement, maintain and enhance the Quality Assurance System and documentation.
* Lead execution, design, implementation, improvement and management of hygiene, sanitation and GMP Programs.
* Facilitate a positive change culture in the workplace by engaging teams and operations to build positive and respectful relationships.
* Coordinate training to ensure a correct balance of skills is maintained and any future needs met by having clear succession plans in place.
* Provide coaching and leadership to high performers to ensure they are developing and have clear growth pathways for their career development where appropriate.
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a proven track record in improving quality through systems-focused approach.
Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge of and experience in Quality Systems and Internal Auditing Processes within the Food Manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated leadership capability including positive interpersonal skills, ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflict and stakeholder management.
* Ability to lead a food manufacturing site towards quality improvement and maintain and improve those processes.
Bachelor's degree in food science or an equivalent related discipline is preferred but not required. Relevant certifications and qualifications may also be considered.
