Position Details
Role: Permanent Part-Time Support Worker with 40 hours fortnightAvailability:Must be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7am - 4pm.Ideally available for min of 2hrs on Saturday fortnightlyLocation:TravellingDubbo, Ballimore, Brocklehurst, Geurie, Wongarbon, Rawsonville
What You'll Do
* Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans
* Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks
* Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings
* Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home
* Record visit notes using our simple mobile app
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
* Current driver's licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
* First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
* National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation
* A caring, reliable, and respectful approach to supporting clients
What You'll Get
* PPT $34.59 per hour + 12% superannuation
* Flexible part-time hours 7am - 4pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
* Travel allowance: $0.99/km + work mobile
