About the role
* Advise on M&A transactions, corporate governance, private equity, and joint ventures.
* Lead due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients.
* Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.
The ideal candidate
* 7+ years' PQE in corporate/M&A/private equity from a leading firm.
* Australian Legal Qualification & Admission.
* Strong commercial acumen with exceptional drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and business development.
